The Dadu acupoint is located at the end of the big toe (the biggest toe of the toes), where the muscles and bones are thick, forming a protuberance, indicating that this acupoint is where the Earth’s Qi is as rich as water flowing in a pond, so it was called Dadu (Trung Y Cuong Muc).

THERAPEUTIC ACTIONS:

Replenish the spleen, remove pulmonary air obstruction, remove stagnation, remove edema.

INDICATIONS :

Treatment of painful swollen feet, pain around inner ankles, bloating, abdominal distension, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea, heavy body, high fever without sweating.

ASSOCIATIONS

Combined with KD10, CV6, KI2, SP6, LV3, CV3 acupoints to treat non-stop bleeding.
Combined with SP9 acupoint (the warmth of mugwort), acupoint SP5 treats low dysentery.
Combine with SP9, BL60, LV14 and CV12 acupoints to treat diarrhea.
Combined with SP1 acupoint to treat “false death” (false death – a state of deep coma, the body is paralyzed but the body’s organs and functions are still functioning with a very low base, the heart beating extremely slowly).
Combined with CV14 acupoint (the heat of mugwort), SP3 acupoint, BL57 acupoint, ST36 acupoint treat heart pain caused by worms.
Combined with KD11 acupoint to treat back pain caused by stagnant qi.
Combined with LU8 acupoint to treat fever without sweating.
Combined with ST40, KD7 acupoints to treat leprosy, swollen hands and feet.
Combined with SP3 acupoint to treat “Pain in stomach and heart” (distended abdomen, full chest, persistent pain in the heart)
