Similar to the previous exercises, the “Lying down – front kick with tip of the toes” can be done in many different positions. But here we practice this technique while lying down – one of the most passive and weakest martial arts positions.

The technique of “Lying down _ front kick with tip of the toes” requires that the tip of the toes be rigid to play the role of “Contact point”.

However, for the kick to be solid, rapid and precise, the leg must be “flexible”, absolutely avoiding the state of rigidity.
At the same time, it is imperative to avoid “Death Stance” – excessive stretching during the attack, a common mistake among many inexperienced martial artists.
