It is a pose which is more difficult than poses like “Head to knee” or “Seated Forward Bend” (Yoga VB13-16), but it is nevertheless simpler than “Ardha baddha padma paschimottanasana 2” (complete pose ) – a pose which is very difficult for people with a large and thick back and shoulders, and poor flexibility of the back and shoulder joints.
However, currently leave aside the desire to practice the complete pose mentioned above. Now focus on the practice of “Ardha baddha padma paschimottanasana 1”.
