THERAPEUTIC ACTIONS:
Acupoint Waiguan has the effect of evacuating heat (mainly evacuating heat in the upper part, from the mouth to the mouth of the stomach, passing through the heart and lungs), evacuating the stagnant air in the meridians and dissolve phlegm.
INDICATIONS :
- Local effects: Acupoint Waiguan is used for acupressure and acupuncture to treat headaches, cheek pain, and side pain. Fever, postpartum deafness, music, stiff elbows and arms, sore fingers, shaking hands, stiff neck and shoulders. Abdominal pain, constipation.
- The Waiguan acupoint is one of the three acupuncture points for acute neck pain, LU7 and SI3.
