I want to offer you this program!

It is a training program, the learners must practice seriously with the demonstrations of the master, the “brainstorming” must be parallel to the “movement”. The program is not intended to be entertaining.

Do you want to write a sentence? first memorize the alphabet with countless ways to write, ways to “draw letters” !.
Study carefully each “Basic Lesson” numbered from number 1, these are the first “letters” of the very long “alphabet” of VIKUDO.

However, when taking basic lessons, VIKUDO will also have specific combat situations in which the learner will immediately apply the “basic lessons” that have just been learned.

Later, when the learners have acquired a relatively good “basic course” capital, VIKUDO will accompany you to the next “slice”.

Even if one has a certain method and even if it is “optimal” the practitioner still cannot escape the hard training. The ancients taught ““Practice makes perfect” – a true truth forever.
