THERAPEUTIC ACTIONS:
- Regulates the spleen, blood and uterus.
- The Diji acupoint is closely related to the spleen and the stomach.
- Acting on Diji acupoint has the effect of regulating and supporting the function of spleen and stomach, regulating uterus, regulating blood qi, etc.
- The Diji acupoint has the ability to signal diabetes: A diabetic person who is pressed on the Diji acupoint will feel a very painful pain, even a very particular and unbearable pain. The more severe the diabetes, the greater the pain when pressing on this acupoint.
INDICATIONS :
Used to treat diabetes, blood stasis, melancholy, menstrual disorders, dysmenorrhea, back pain, difficulty urinating, anorexia, indigestion, enlarged liver and spleen, acute colon inflammation and edema.
ASSOCIATIONS :
- Combined with Yinlingquan acupoint SP9, Shuifen acupoint CV9, Xiaochangshu acupoint BL27 and Youmen acupoint KD21 to treat dysphagia.
- Combined with Xuehai acupoint SP10 to treat menstrual disorders.
- Combined with Sanyinjiao acupoint SP6 and Zhangmen acupoint LV13 to treat diabetes.
- Combined with Sanyinjiao acupoint SP6, Shenshu acupoint BL23 and Zhongji acupoint CV3 to treat menstrual pain.
- Combined with the Chongmen acupoint SP12 to treat swelling and pain in the scrotum.
