- The Sibai has the effect of making the eyes shine (white) at the 4 (four) corners, so it is called Sibai (Trung Y Cuong Muc).
- Sibai is also known as “Bel blanc”.

- Dispels wind, benefits eyes, clears heat, benefits gall bladder.
- In the elderly it is easy to have a weak spleen, obstruction of the stomach and intestine, causing scum to build up, causing age spots. Sibai acupressure before and after waking up will help soothe dark spots, fade wrinkles, and make the skin smooth and ruddy.

- Combined with “gallbladder” acupoint (Extraodinaire acupoint), CV4 acupoint, ST25 acupoint to treat worms in the bile ducts.
- Combined with GB14 acupoint, ST4 acupoint, LI4 acupoint, GB20 acupoint to treat facial swelling.
- Combined with GB1 acupoint, TE17 acupoint, ST6 acupoint to treat trigeminal neuralgia.
