YogaV8 _ Neck movement (P2)
The neck movement techniques are practiced in YogaV 7 and YogaV 8 exercises.
Begin the practice of stretching your joints, apply a new technique of breathing, where the inhalation is fast and the compression period is long.
You should not be in a hurry so that intense exercise leads to neck pain after the workout.
