The 45th acupoint of the stomach meridian.
The skin of the acupuncture point is innervated by the L5 nerve segment.
“Li” here means the grinding wheel or the upper part; “Dui” means high straight. The tip is at the top of the toe, which is why it is called Le Doai (Trung Y Cuong Muc).
Other Vietnamese names: Than Thuong Doan, Trang Cot.

THERAPEUTIC ACTIONS:
Eliminate harmful heat in the Yangming meridian, flow the meridians, harmonize the taste and clarify the mind.
INDICATIONS :
Facial paralysis, clenched teeth, toothache, nosebleed, sore throat, high fever, cold feet, delirious sleep, insomnia.
ASSOCIATIONS :
- Combined with Yinbai acupoint SP1 for the treatment of sleep disorders, excessive dreaming.
- Combined with the Dadun acupoint LV1 for the treatment of hypersomnia.
- Combined with Tiaokou acupoint ST38 and Sanyinjiao acupoint SP6 for the treatment of insomnia due to cold-stricken meridians.
- Combined with Yangchi acupoint TE4, Jiexi acupoint ST41, Houxi acupoint SI3, He Gu acupoint LI4 and Fengchi acupoint GB20 to treat typhoid without sweating.
- Combined with Jiexi acupoint ST41, Xiangu acupoint ST43, Neiting acupoint ST44 and Chongyang acupoint ST42 for treatment of pimples on beard and around mouth.
- Combined with Jinggu acupoint BL64 and Qiangu acupoint SI2 for the treatment of stuffy nose, yellow runny nose.
- Combined with Neiting acupoint ST44 to treat malaria, fear of cold, lack of appetite.
- Combined with Neiting acupoint ST44 and Tianshu acupoint ST25 to treat anorexia, indigestion.
