Easy pose _ SUKHASANA
« Sukhâsana » is pronounced « Soo-ka-sa-na ».
« Sukh » is « joy », « comfort ».

In order for your body to not stiffen, making it difficult to practice this meditation, you can soften your body with a few simple movements as follows : Sit cross-legged, tilt the body on the right thigh, tilt your body on your left thigh, and tilt the body forward …
You can put your hands on your knees in the most comfortable way, such as placing your wrists, palms or back of both hands on your knees and to create an “O” by the index finger and the thumb.
You can meditate in this Sakhâsana, as long as you like.
