Correctly create the fist
First of all, always make sure your hands are tight before throwing your fists.

At first, practice slowly and gently
In the early days of practicing this “Hand 2”, you don’t need to have a heavy punch. On the contrary, you have to know how to throw a blow, even if it is soft without straining your muscles and without straining, but you can create a throwing force with inertia and the ability to penetrate, even if it was not yet strong.

After gradually creating a good rhythm and coordination between the parts of the body, you can gradually increase the speed and power of the attack.
However, you should never be impatient or rushed.
If you practice diligently calmly and correctly, after just a few days you will be able to feel the quality of the punches have a noticeable change and after just a few weeks you will see how its punching quality has skyrocketed.
Punch with wrong way
Note that when practicing “Hand 2” as well as in real combat, you should always remember to avoid the “push punch” style, which means hitting and pushing at the same time.

By doing this, even if you are strong, you can “push” the target for it to “fly away”, but the target still may not be destroyed.
Practice “2 fast, 1 strong”
Unlike the pushing punch style above, if you throw a punch correctly it means a punch with enough speed, power and timing (this is a very important and important problem, we don’t can not go into everything in detail now), which we will analyze repeatedly, in a multidimensional way and on many different aspects later in different articles so that you can better understand), the target although it cannot be pushed back “fly away”, but will be “destroyed in place” to your maximum capacity.

As mentioned above, a proper punch involves securing many factors. However, here, in this exercise, it is enough to pay attention to the practice to be able to ensure the principle of “2 fast, 1 strong”, which means::
- 2 quick: Quick to shoot and quick to back the punch.
- 1 strong: At the moment of contact (when the fist hits the target), all attack power must be maximized (in other words, “the power to destroy”).
The speed of shoot the fist should be great, as great as possible. You need to train diligently so that every day your fist speed is significantly improved. You should know that if there is only power without speed, the attack will have no power of penetration but only repulsion, just like breaking a wall. Meanwhile, the power of penetration is important, the essence of every shot, whether on foot or by hand. To do this, you have to pay attention to improve the speed of the throw (shoot).
In order to have a high shoot speed, the arm must be flexible, only the wrist area and the hand are stretched (firm but flexible, not stiff). At the same time, the back of the hand is located straight on the same flight path as the forearm. While practicing shooting punches into the sandbag, focus on the ends of the middle and index finger joints adjacent to the bones of the hand (the point of impact), feel their contact as well as the whole body, focused there and “piercing” the target.
Also contributing to the high attack speed is the high speed of back the fist after contact. Train yourself and feel the difference between the two:
- Case 1: You only shoot quickly, but you back it out slowly.
- Case 2: You both perform: Shoot is as fast as back the fist.
You will definitely see that Case 2 will give you a much higher Attack Speed result than Case 1.
Make sure you have a good attack speed (shoot and back the punch), make sure the solidity of the fist when destroying the target, so you have successfully practiced this “Hand 2” exercise to obtain a fist powerful.
Good success with your training!
